"Actual scam artist. 60% rate increase when I drive my vehicle fewer than 5000 miles/year."

"I was with them for the last month and a half and cannot say I agree with the other reviews. There was an issue with my account that called for my policy to be dropped within 20 days, but there was no course of resolution despite a clean driving record, credit score, and zero claims made in my entire driving history even before Statefarm. The best information they could give me was that "all eligibility requirements were not met" with no further explanation, despite the vagueness of that explanation. I tried to resolve this issue with them, but they were not helpful at all. I was told I could stick around if paid about double what I was paying, but I was in no way interested in that. Don't get bait-and-switched like I did. I switched to a competitor and I'd recommend you to do the same."
